In May I am off to Spain :-) Any tips on which absinthe is really worth trying? There is quite a range as I recall. Gracias !! Any other tips on other drinks (not just absinthe) would be also welcome.

Absinthe Thujone Delirium from Absenta Lehmann might be your thing. Do you know the name of that famous painting with the blue lady from Spain?

Blue lady? What are you on about now >:-( That is a serious absinthe recommendation for Absinthe Thujone? I suppose it is not!

Have you changed your plans because of the eruption? There is a famous absinthe bar in Barcelona of course and what is the Spain absinthe that Manson likes?

Serpis Absinthe? The red absinthe! That is from Spain and is well regarded. Bar is Marsella for all your absinthe needs...are you still going, sir?

Yes, is Serpis the absinthe to try in Spain then?

That's the one! and of course thereis the hypey brand down there as well, Obello? I understand that Spanish absenta is a regional style with a citrus flavour.

He took a discount airline plane Y Viva Espana
If you'd like to punch a matador, in some dirty cabana
And shag senoritas by the score, Espana por favor
